   AGI conducts surveys, collects data and develops policy papers for a more conducive business environment in Ghana. We conduct the AGI Business Climate Survey, we provide input into the formulation of the National Annual Budget and we consult with numerous public institutions on a wide range of issues.

   For individual members or groups of members in distress. AGI supports all members when facing problems with authorities or public institutions. Our reputation and the weight of a membership organisation with more than 500 active members provide us with the necessary standing for mediation and consultation.

13. Industrial Subcontracting
    Developing contractual relations between small, medium and large scale companies with scope for outsourcing of production services from large to small and among small and medium companies. The Subcontracting Partnership Exchange (SPX Ghana) is a projected implemented in collaboration with UNIDO.
    AGI and The Ministry of Trade, Industry, Private Sector Development and Presidential Special Initiatives (MOTI,PSD&PSI) are preparing for a second project phase with focus on the construction industry.

We are the Consulting Wing of AGI. We support our clients to turn visions into reality. The BDSD advises SMEs as well as the public sector and works with international organizations on SME development issues. We consult on management issues ranging from strategy development to organizational structures to innovative business processes and export promotion.
We constantly aim to explore new ground for our clients and the development of SMEs in Ghana.
It is our mission to deliver quality consultancy services and solutions to our clients and our generated income will be used by AGI to support further services for its members.

BDC Profile
Being the consultancy wing of AGI we offer services to over 500 active members in 14 sectors. We are partners of well known international organizations for the development of SMEs.
