Education and training are important linkages between entrepreneurship, human capital and production.  As such, the Association organizes training programmes, workshops and seminars for members to enable them build the capacity of their workforce.  These training programmes include management and personal skills development, marketing and total quality management.  Programmes may be open courses or tailored-made courses to address the specific needs of businesses.

The significance of these training programmes is to offer business owners the opportunity to train their workforce at affordable rates while enabling them to increase labour productivity and reduce low turnover, building new skills, develop new human talent, preserve workers morale and retain workforce.
